Hi, I’m Stephen, and welcome to Charlotte’s Spud Van..

Charlotte’s Spud Van started with a simple idea, take something as humble as a good old baked potato and do it properly.​For me, there’s nothing better than a perfectly cooked King Edward potato: crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle, loaded with your favourite fillings and served with a smile.

It’s proper comfort food, and it’s something I’ve always loved.​What started as an idea has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of. We’ve put a lot of time, care and plenty of passion into creating a spud van that’s a little bit different.

From our oven to the ingredients we choose, we want every potato that leaves us to be one you genuinely look forward to eating.​But Charlotte’s  isn’t just about the food. It’s about the people we meet along the way,  whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, stopping by at an event, or coming back because you’ve discovered your new favourite loaded spud.​We’re a small business, and that means every customer matters to us. We’re not trying to be the biggest, we just want to be known for serving bloody good potatoes, great food and even better service.​
